I went for a little walk today at the Bois de Liesse Nature Park. The Sky was a clear blue and the temperature was about 2 degrees Celsius. The ice and snow was melting from the nice weather. The conditions for the last two days were very bad from the snow storm and freezing rain.
There were Robins looking for food in the branches and on the ground.
Many Black-capped Chickadees were flittering about along the path.
I heard Northern Cardinals chirping all over the park. I did not see most of them as they were in the brush and very well hidden. I manage to get this shot as he landed on branch near me. He was gone in 60 seconds.
There were quite a few Downy Woodpeckers flying about and looking for food.
That’s all for today.
